Everyone at the camp, including the staff, had loads of fun. "Carolina and I just LOVED Surf Camp!!" exclaimed Diane from Arlington, Va. Phil worked with me most of the time, and was just outstanding…and I achieved my goal for the week, which was to stand up on the board and ride it in. We plan to return for next year's all-women camp, if not sooner," Diane added.
Florida Surf Lessons is one of the only licensed and insured surf schools in the state, and every instructor is a CPR and First Aid certified surfing professional. During Surf Camp-2005, the school offered daily and weekly sessions at Nance Park, just South of Cocoa Beach in Indialantic for students of all ages. In addition to surf lessons, students participated in photo sessions, video analysis, an end of the week surf contest, and an awards ceremony. For those who needed a day away from the waves the school had available Indo Board Balance Training, Snorkeling, Beach Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and much more.
